To support our growth and international ambitions, we are expanding our delivery team and seeking a highly skilled implementation consultant for eWitness and eBase in Europe and the Middle East.

Role Overview:

As an implementation consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful adoption of both eWitness and eBase systems at our clients. The eWitness system, primarily used in the laboratory, can be implemented within a few weeks, while implementing eBase, an EMR used across various clinical departments, requires more time. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing clinic processes and workflows, providing guidance on system configuration and utilization, and delivering comprehensive training to our valued customers. A significant portion of the implementation work can be done remotely.

Your role extends beyond implementation, as you will maintain ongoing relationships with clinics, serving as a trusted advisor. Drawing from your extensive experience, you will provide valuable recommendations to the product owner for enhancing and improving our two product lines.

Your key counterparts will be gynecologists, embryologists, technicians, and ICT departments. For technical issues, you will be supported by a dedicated technical consultant. Occasionally, you may participate as a subject matter expert in the pre-sales process, including remote demonstrations.

Required Background and experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
  • Understanding of laboratory protocols, quality control procedures, and regulatory guidelines in the field.
  • Working experience in an IVF laboratory or implementing similar systems in IVF clinics is required.
  • Familiarity with electronic witnessing systems, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and/or EMR systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Commercial affinity is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and ability to manage personal commitments alongside work-related travel. Periodic visits to the office in the Netherlands are required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in another language is a significant advantage.
